Processing time is 1-2 business days. For preorder items, please allow 2-3 business days after you have placed your order for the hair to be sent to us. Once we receive the hair, your order will be processed and shipped out the same day. Your hair will be dropped off at ups or usps and it will take 2-5 business days to receive it. Estimated delivery time is about a week after placing your order.

Refunds are available if wrong items were sent, your package was lost in transit, or if you are unsatisfied with the hair. In order for a full refund, the hair must be untampered with & returned in original packaging. Cutting, Dying, Washing, etc are examples of tampering with the hair. After receiving the hair back, your refund will be processed by the end of the day. You should receive your refund in 1-5 business days depending on your bank.

How to start return:

1. Contact us using the contact form or by emailing us at nyluxbundlez@gmail.com. Please include your order number.

2. We will email you a return label. Package your bundles back inside of the box and place back in poly bag if possible. If you cannot use the poly bag, put the box inside of another shipping box. Next print out the shipping label and tape it on the outside. Drop off at UPS and keep tracking receipt.

3. Once we receive your return, we will process it by the end of the day. Expect your refund in 1-5 business days depend on your bank.
